1. Delivery Areas

inTenTions By Rahmee's delivers to the areas shown at checkout. If your area is not listed, please contact us and we will tell you whether we can arrange delivery.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on the Track Order page. They are estimates only; delays can happen because of courier workload, weather, public holidays, or incorrect delivery details.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, where they apply, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order, and are shown before you pay.

4. Store Pickup

Where store pickup is offered, you can choose it at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and a form of identification.

5. Tracking Your Order

You can follow the progress of your order any time on our Track Order page.

6. Receiving Your Order

Please check your items on delivery. If anything is missing or damaged, tell us as soon as possible. See our Returns & Refunds page.

7. Failed Deliveries

If we cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, we may contact you to arrange another delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.
